Air Pollution Sources, Not Only Smoking Cigarettes
With all the attention being brought out about Dunhill cigarette smoking causing cancer and other illnesses, what about all the other sources that contribute to ill health? Pollution from factories, run-offs from factory farms into our water supply, genetically modified foods, insecticides in our fruits and vegetables and in the soil, mercury and PCBs in our fish, antibiotics and hormones in farm animals,
toxic chemicals in cleaning products and beauty products, dyes and preservatives in processed foods, and probably much more.
We spend millions of dollars to find a cure for cancer. Millions of animals have to suffer and die in research labs. We should bring the hammer down on the companies causing these illnesses in the first place.
Is it because it’s easier to put up a no smoking sign, and harder to stop big, powerful companies from making us sick? I don’t condone smoking, but all the offenders should be brought out into the open and stopped.
